Shipping

All products listed on our website are currently available for purchase. We do not accept custom orders through the website.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During particularly busy periods, shows, holidays, or hunting seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can work with you to make it right.

Unused merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange and must be returned in its original condition.

For health and sanitary reasons, mouth calls and other mouth-operated products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so we can resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable.
